A premium quality cappuccino topping blended to create a wonderfully milky cream froth with a fabulous semi-sweet taste. Not to be confused with standard whiteners.  The perfect base for creating numerous varieties of quality whipped cappuccino, latte and mocha drinks

Ingredients: Skimmed milk powder, lactose, dired glucose syrup, whey solids, , non hydrogenated vegetable oil(coconut), maltodextrin,sugar,anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551), milk proteins, emulsifier (E461)

We recommend 8g to 10g of Cappuccino Topping to 150ml of water total in the drink, or pro rata.

The Cappuccino topping is mixed with approx. 100ml of this water in the whipping chamber before the addition of the coffee and remaining water.  It is important that the Cappuccino Topping is whipped with this level of water before the coffee is added to maximise the head.
